In-Store Purchase Exchanges:

All exchanges must be made in person at our studio within 30 days of purchase, presenting the exchange receipt or invoice. Exchanges can only be made for items available in stock. The product must be in the same condition it was delivered, unworn, with the original tag and protective bag; otherwise, the exchange will not be possible. The current value at the time of the exchange is the amount paid at the time of purchase. If necessary, the difference must be paid.  

If there is a credit balance, it will be issued as a Gift Card to be used within the next 90 days.  

In-store purchases are non-refundable.

 

Home Delivery Purchase Exchanges:

If the exchange requires shipping, you must request it via email at [email protected], including the order number and the desired exchange. Exchanges can only be made for items available in stock. Orders with home delivery have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. The product must be in the same condition it was delivered, unworn, with the original tag and protective bag; otherwise, the exchange will not be possible. The current value at the time of the exchange is the amount paid at the time of purchase. If necessary, the difference must be paid.  

If there is a credit balance, it will be issued as a Gift Card to be used within the next 90 days.

 

Important:

Items purchased during promotional events such as Hot Sale, Cyber Monday, Black Friday, or similar events, can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, with the exchange value being the amount paid at the time of purchase.

 

Online Purchase Returns:

You can request a refund up to 10 days from the date of purchase (for online purchases with in-store pickup) or within 10 days of receiving the product (for online purchases with home delivery). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your order number. The item must be sent to the studio within 48 business hours of email confirmation.  

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility.  

Second-hand items, samples, and items that are worn or show defects, stains, or alterations are not eligible for exchange or refund.
